This policy is guided by our core values of Quality and Trust.
1. Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and Unwashed: The item must be in its original, unworn condition.
- In Original Packaging: The item must be returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Purchased Directly From Us: This policy applies only to products purchased from our official website, www.littleleavez.com.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Please email our customer care team at mylittleleavez@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. For exchanges, please specify the new size or product you would like.
- Receive Approval: Our team will review your request and, upon approval, will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our customer care team. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you.
- We will cover the shipping cost for sending the new exchanged item to you.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in inspecting every garment before it is shipped. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at mylittleleavez@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include your order number and photos of the faulty item.
- We will arrange for a reverse pickup and send you a replacement at no additional cost to you.
